The 14A Hingham-Hull All Star Summer Baseball team showed they are champions in every sense of the word by coming back from a 5 run deficit in the bottom of the 7th. inning to win 10-9 in the semi-final game and going on to beat Quincy BR 9-0 in the Championship game.
The dramatic, improbable come from behind win in the semi-final game left players and spectators for both teams stunned for different reasons. This spectacular semi-final win gave the players another special summer baseball memory.
The Championship win against Quincy solidified this team's streak of playing in the championship game every season since they were 11 years old. Not only was this team in the championship game every season, they won the championship 3 out of those 4 years. The sole loss was highly contested as those who were there will remember.
