I. Uniforms
Three shirts are still owed from last season and the parties who have not turned in the shirts by the Budd Thorne Tournament will be invoiced for the shirts.
II. Summer Teams
a. Braintree League Summer Teams
Teams need to be formed by June 6th.
HHBR have put in for 6 teams, (3) 13s, (2) 14s, (2) 15s
54 players have registered for both the spring and summer seasons
b. Districts
June 1st. is the Districts team selection night
All managers must attend this meeting and bring their scorebooks and recommendation of players on their team to be nominated for the Districts teams.
7 managers will be needed
The playing rules are updated on the HHBR website
Districts games commence June 25th. There are no games scheduled for July 2nd., 3rd., 4th. and 5th. All Districts games in our bracket must be concluded by July 12th.
Colin Pomeroy will check with Dave Scott to confirm Districts dates.
No date yet for Districts notebooks to be turned in.

Elliot Sherman will send the data base for the 2009 season to New Jersey to Sharon Montervino. Include the coaches on this.

$20,249.66 is the current balance in the account
A reimbursement is needed for Robert Smith (13 yr. old) who is out for the season with an injury. We will send a get well gift to him.
Frank will follow-up on the payment of the remaining half of a one-half scholarship given.
