$300 has been paid to Hull for the use of the L Street Field
$375 has been paid to Hingham Public Schools for use of the High School Field

IV. Districts
Will commence on either 6/25 or 6/26. Hingham is hosting the 14s. An official scorekeeper and protest committee are required.

V. Managers
- The majority of managers/coaches have signed the CORI forms. The remainder will submit for processing.
- Rosters and schedules have been provided to the managers
- Managers need to put their home games on the website so all games are accessible via the website
- Local League Rules were reviewed with the managers and can be found on the website
- The rosters were verified with the managers who reported that all players have responded. It was necessary to move some players so that all teams have 15 players. Wong was moved from Ferris to Blomberg, Chaklis was moved from Pomroy to Spirito, Laliberte was moved to Glenzel to replace Taylor who is no longer playing
- Three players who registered late are on the waiting list and will be integrated if there are injuries or attrition: DiCroce (13), Merrigan (14) and McCarthy (15)
- Rob Blomberg was voted in as Coaching Coordinator
- Budd Thorne will order HHBR shirts for the Managers and Coaches

VI. Games
- The first team listed on the game schedule is the home team
- All weekday games start at 5:30, weekend games commence at times between 9 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

VII. Umpires
- 1 umpire will work the weeknight games, 2 umpires will work the weekend games.
- A single umpire working a game receives $75 per game ($37.50 from each team) 2 umpires working a game receive $50 each ($50 from each team)
- The umpires are paid $20 if they are at the field and game is cancelled prior to the commencement of the game. If even one pitch is thrown the umpires receive full pay for the game.
- HHBR will make every attempt to cancel games by 4 p.m. on game day.
The managers each received a check for $500 to cover their umpire costs. The managers are responsible for tracking what they have paid the umpires during the course of the season. If they expend more than the $500 provided by the league, the managers should inform the league president of where the extra expenditure originated and will receive reimbursement.

VIII. Budd Thorne Classic
Bill Donovan is seeking Division Coordinators to get coaches for each age group. The High School varsity coach has indicated that he wants to get the high school players more involved with the younger ball players so the idea will explored of having the high school players help out with the Budd Thorne Classic.
120 shirts will be ordered for the players

IX. Amendment to Local League Rules
It was approved by a vote that the following change shall be made to the Local League Rules: A pitcher can come in from either the bullpen or the field (no longer required to come from the field only) with the provision that all players are still required to play 3 full innings on the field per game

X. 13 year old Travel Team
At the direction of the League, there will be a 13 year old travel team formed to play games during the spring season on weekends at Adams Field in Quincy. Players wishing to play on this team should contact the HHBR president. If there is a conflict with a scheduled Hingham game, the Hingham game should take priority.
