I. Copies of the By-Laws were distributed for comment

II. M. Igo read off the responsibilities for various board and volunteer positions. The following positions were filled by vote:
a. President - Mark Igo
b. Vice President - Mike Condon
c. Treasurer- Frank O' Brien
d. Secretary - Melissa Flanagan
e. Equipment Managers - Bud Thorne, Ron Hutchins
f. Player Agent - Elliot Sherman
g. Field /Scheduling Coordinator - Jim Trubia
h. Coaching Coordinator - Rob Blomberg
i. Fundraising/Publicity Coordinator - Leo Peloquin
j. Tournament Coordinator - Bill Donovan
k. Umpire Coordinator - Rich Magner

III. The position of Manager Representative will be filled by election of the managers at a later date

IV. Registration fees will remain the same as last year: $150 for individuals and $275 for a family fee

V. The towns of Norwell and Cohasset have expressed interest in inclusion in HHBR which would result in expansion of the program. Elliot Sherman will contact Joe Carroll at Norwell and Mike Condon will contact the Cohasset BOD to follow up on this.

VI. The next BOD meeting is January 13, 2008 at 7:00 p.m. at the Rec.
